More Info
In your Case Assessment, an attorney will listen to your particular issue and hear your concerns and goals. If you have paperwork or documents, the attorney will review them ahead of time. The attorney will also ask appropriate questions to better understand your situation. Then, the attorney can use that information to tell you what steps you should pursue next, even if the next step is NOT to hire an attorney. If your case does need the expertise of a law firm, we’ll explain what that process looks like and how it would get you closer to your goals. You’ll get real legal advice that applies to your situation.
Case Assessments are subject to attorney client privilege and invoke Georgia State Bar conflict rules. Therefore, there are no refunds for any reason once you book a Case Assessment. Lankford & Moore Law will allow you to reschedule your Case Assessment once for no additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.
