Behind the scenes, Tyler shapes the strategy for the firm’s cases. He researches the legal issues, develops the approach for each case, and works closely with Sherry as she carries that strategy into the courtroom. He also oversees the firm’s operations, including billing, so clients have an attorney to talk to about fees, not just a front desk.
Tyler earned his law degree with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012, where he gained early courtroom experience representing clients through UGA’s Criminal Defense Practicum. He began his career handling criminal defense, family law, and civil matters at a firm in Gwinnett County, before co-founding Lankford & Moore Law in 2017.
A Parkview High School graduate who grew up in Lilburn, Tyler is a lifelong Gwinnett native and a proud “double Dawg.” Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, practicing martial arts, and spending time with his two dogs.
